Apollo Properties was founded in 2009 by James Harrington with a single conviction: that property management should be transparent, proactive, and genuinely client-centred. Starting with a portfolio of 12 residential properties in Lakewood Heights, we've grown into a full-service agency managing over 2,400 properties across five cities.
Our growth has never come at the expense of our standards. Every landlord, every tenant, and every property receives the same level of personal attention we offered on day one. We've built long-term relationships with both owners and tenants because we treat every property as if it were our own.
